Admission to the Postulancy

Admission to the Postulancy

On Easter Sunday, our candidate, Maria Ny Thị Trần, was admitted to the postulancy during a solemn Vespers service.

The postulancy is an initial period for discerning one’s vocation and suitability for religious life and for life in our community. It includes partial integration into our community life and apostolate and serves as preparation for the novitiate (K 55). The postulancy lasts six months in Austria and two years in our province in Argentina.

As an outward sign, the new postulant was presented with a blessed Tau cross with the words:

Receive this Tau cross. May it remind you that Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.

Wear this Tau cross as a sign of election and redemption. May the Lord bless you and keep you.

We wish our dear Maria Ny God’s blessing, an open heart, patience in learning, and joy in serving others!
